Due July 15 Each Year

In order to remain in compliance with state homeschooling regulations, annual Attendance Reports are due July 15 for the academic school year July through June.

For your convenience, simply email your children’s names and the total number of days, NOT hours, to info@outlookacademy.com. Please DO NOT send an attachment. Your email will be saved electronically, so keep a copy for yourself. We will reply via email to confirm receipt.

Please do not send an attendance report via snail mail or with your re-enrollment paperwork as it will not be saved.

There are no required minimum number of days for homeschoolers, but we recommend between 140 (the required number for students who are tutored) and 180 (the required number for students who attend public schools).

If your children have been enrolled in Outlook Academy only part of the school year, send the total number of days of school only for the period in which they were enrolled in Outlook Academy.
