Once you receive the signed Church School Enrollment Form (CSEF) back from us, you need to submit it to the Board of Education. Here’s how:
Make a copy of the signed CSEF that you received back from us and keep the copy for your records.
Check the list below for your CITY. If your city is not listed, then look for your COUNTY.
Mail the original CSEF "Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested" to your public school district of residence, either the city or county address in the list below, so you will have a receipt showing the office received it. You are not homeschooling legally until the CSEF is filed with the local superintendent.
